A Night at the Oscars

A "Night at the Oscars" was by common agreement, a fabulous success, and indicated to all those present, that the potential for our stunning church to be used as an amazing resource for the benefit of the wider community, is almost boundless.

The more people the community can engage with positively via the church, the greater the good that can be achieved, and the more confident we can all be that the building can be a community focal point for many generations to come.

A paraphrase of the great Winston Churchill might say of these last two weekend events; "this is not the end of our work to secure the future of our church, it is not even the beginning of the end, but it is perhaps the end of the beginning" and we are all very excited about what can be achieved going forward.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the events of the last two weekends such a success.  There are too many to mention by name but without you this project, and our desire to secure the future of St Botolph's and with it a huge opportunity to do good within our community, would likely flounder.  Thank you, thank you, thank you and may God bless you all.
