St Botolph’s sustainability group is committed to protecting the personal data of any individual who entrusts their data with us.  We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). What information we collect: names, contact details,  and any data voluntarily provided for historical purposes. How we use your data: to manage membership, organise events, and communicate with members. Who can access it: authorised officers and administrators only. We do not share data with third parties without explicit consent. Data security: personal data is protected by passwords, encryption, and secure UK-based hosting. Historical materials may be archived indefinitely for heritage purposes. Cookies: our website uses only essential and analytical cookies (Google Analytics). No advertising or profiling cookies are used. You can manage preferences through your browser settings or the cookie banner.
